At Hess Ridge Animal Hospital, during normal office hours, we are fully equipped to help with almost all urgent care and emergency needs.
If emergency assistance is needed after hours, we recommend Animal Emergency & Specialty Center, Veterinary Specialist of the Rockies, or VCA Alameda East.
What to Do in an Emergency:Heading
- Contact Us: Call us immediately if your pet is experiencing an emergency. We are available M-F: 7:30AM to 6:00PM.If it is after business hours, please contact the 24/7 emergency centers listed above.
- Stay Calm: Keep yourself and your pet as calm as possible to reduce stress and anxiety.
- Transport Safely: Safely transport your pet to our hospital, securing them in a carrier or using a leash.
